GTIN Exemption not working
I've been trying to list my first product and can't move forward because it keeps telling me to apply for GTIN exemption. I'm listing a product that I made and that does not have a UPC/GTIN. I've already applied for exemption and have been approved... several times at this point because I keep trying to do this. It's been 30 minutes, 48 hours, and then some. Still telling me I need to enter a GTIN or apply for exemption. I made sure it's in the right category, still nothing. I've tried contacting Amazon's support three times and no one listens to what my issue is and they keep closing my case without helping me. Someone, please, before I lose my mind... help!

Same exact issue with my book listing. Support has run me in circles for almost a month. Looking for help here is the last step before I give up.
If they finally manage to help you, please share how this issue was resolved.
