Happening all over India. If you order any product above 25000 rs from non f assured seller and then you can simply say "Product not received" - Amazon is giving full refund automatic. All whatsapp groups everybody knows this trick now and everyone taking advantage.

i am facing same issue, customer order multiple quantity then return it by saying order in error, i have been charged with return commission on each quantity. i got a order for 200 rs. product , total 30 pieces . then they returned , i have been charged with return commission of 1350 rs. . I was shocked. it was a big loss for such small product. it vanished the profit of around 40 orders .

I HAVE ALSO FACING THIS ISSUE FROM ALMOST LAST 1 YEAR I HAVE RECIVED TOTAL 150+ ORDER WITH SAME CUSTOMER AND ADDRESS AND ALL PRODUCT RETURNED DUE TO UBDELIVERABLE ADDRESS AND I HAVE LOST ALMOST 18000-20000 RS. Reported suspicious buyer everytime but no action, no resolution. as amazon have no time to resolve such issues because here amazon faces no loss only profit then why they take action? Such type fraud happening from previous 2 months for our products...
is there anyone who can able to provide resolution for this on amazon ??
