Fake brand

Hello everyone,

I need your assistance. Over the past three weeks, I've received three false brand policy violations. These involve a brand, let's refer to them as Brand ABC, from whom I've been purchasing products for years and have a strong relationship. I sell their products on a listing where someone has set up a fake brand name. The listing is labeled correctly as Brand ABC, but the clickable brand link contains Brand ZZZ. This setup allows only one seller to control the listings and has led to my removal due to a counterfeit claim.

When I submit invoices to Amazon, they correctly state that I purchased the items from Brand ABC, but Amazon is asking for invoices from Brand ZZZ. I can't email the "brand owner" as they just ignore me.

Unfortunately, I can't involve Brand ABC directly because they are traditional and prefer to avoid dealing with Amazon (a wise choice).

Does anyone have any suggestions?

Thanks!

Sorry - you shouldn't have listed on the fake listing for the very reason you mention. Unless those listings are linked to a barcode on the product - in which case you could probably prove that the listing was incorrectly setup 0- though even that will take some time.

There isn't a lot you can do I'm afraid.
