You need approval to list Baby Food and Formula products
As a new seller and brand owner, my listing became inactive just three days after launching my product. The issue description stated that "approval is needed to list Baby Food and Formula products," even though my product falls under the office category as a planner. After reaching out to Amazon support, I was advised to delete and recreate the listing after 24 hours, but the problem persisted.
Following the next interaction with seller support, I was instructed to compose a letter clarifying that my product is not related to baby food and to provide supporting documents. Now, it's been over two weeks, during which I've received four emails acknowledging my request, each promising a response within 2-3 business days. However, on the third business day, I receive another message repeating the same timeframe. This process has been very frustrating, and I'm unsure when, or if, this issue will be resolved.
