Product image information cannot be updated after using the Brand New Photo Service.

I reached out to the Amazon photography team (Brand New Photo Service) last year to do product photography and have the team upload directly to my link. In fact, it was a stupid decision!

After the team uploaded the image for a while, I found that the turnover of my products dropped sharply, so I updated the image to those I took myself. After the image used the image I took, the orders were restored to what it was before.

But in July 2023, the picture was automatically updated to the image taken by the Amazon photo team. During this month, I have been trying to update my picture using various methods:

1. Delete the links of all sites, wait 24/48 hours, and upload again.

2. Update the image on the Image manager.

3. Contact customer service in the seller center to apply for updating the image.

4. Contact customer service on the brand page to apply for updating the image.

5. Report other sellers to use my link to upload pictures.

6. Contacted the Amazon photo team to send an email request to delete the image but did not get a reply.

None of the above methods can update my image. Although my uploaded image is displayed on my ASIN editing page, the Amazon real-time image shows the image uploaded by the Amazon photo team.

I consulted the customer service, and the answer I got was: the right to edit the picture of the product is not in my account, so after updating the image, it is not displayed on the front desk. If I want to update the image, I need to contact the submitter of the picture displayed on the detail page (Amazon Image Fashion Accelerator Studio) to make any image-related changes.

Before I used Brand New Photo Service, I was not informed that using this service would result in the loss of my right to edit the image linked. If I had been informed before using it, I would never have used this service.

Right now I just want to update the linked image to my own uploaded image, not the one taken by the Amazon photo team. But I tried everything, but I still can't change the image displayed on the details page.
