!!! Fraudulent Return and Inadequate SAFE-T Reimbursement – Need Seller Support !!!

Hello Fellow Sellers,

I am facing a frustrating situation with a SAFE-T claim and would like your advice and support.

Incident Summary:

I shipped a women's brown faux leather jacket priced at ₹1890 to a buyer.

The returned item was a look-alike jacket: damaged, torn, old, and completely unusable.

I raised a SAFE-T claim, provided evidence, and requested a full refund for the product's loss.

Outcome:

Amazon reimbursed only ₹293.10, far below my actual cost of ₹1050. My appeal for additional reimbursement was denied, with the standard message that the decision aligns with SAFE-T policies.

My Concerns:

The fraudulent return violates Amazon’s policies, yet the SAFE-T claim process fails to protect sellers from such losses.

The reimbursement offered is inadequate to cover even my base costs, let alone the product’s value.

You atleast get something refunded, we do not get even a single penny! The profits earned by 100 Sales, goes away like this scam by fraud customers all over Amazon.

amazon is a frauduster plateform who is eating sellers money everybody is trouble because my 2150 amount product amazon fully damage,Amazon denied claim ,Amazon earn in this product worth rs-1095 with return shipping charge ,so seller sell product carefully this is Amazon ,You dont know ,Who is this and midnight it can clean yours money in yours Account.
