Amazon Compliance - Upload Image Problem

Hi,

We created a listing for a new product in the Children's Sleepwear category, but it was blocked due to compliance requirements. In response, we uploaded all necessary compliance documents, including the Children’s Product Certificate (CPC), test reports, and product images. Typically, compliance reviews for our other products take 1–2 days, but this submission remained under review for 5 days before being rejected.

The reason for rejection was "Image missing in DP/IA", which disappeared after 2-3 days. On the same day, we received a notification stating:

"We noticed that the product does not contain images on the detail page. In order to move forward with the review of your product, please upload a product image to the detail page and let us know when you have done so."

However, when we attempted to upload the main image, we found that the "Edit Listing" option was missing from our inventory page, preventing us from making any updates. We have since opened multiple cases regarding this issue, but the responses we receive are vague—either advising us to "reapply for compliance" or stating that the "internal team is working on the issue", without providing a clear resolution.

We are now stuck in a loop where Amazon instructs us to upload an image, yet does not provide the ability to edit the listing. We have rearranged and re-uploaded the images before reapplying, but we are unsure if this will resolve the issue.

How can we reapply for compliance without knowing what needs to be corrected? Any guidance on restoring the ability to edit our listing would be greatly appreciated.

Hi there @Seller_RlIc8ylY4yMsW,

Thank you for reaching out with your concerns. You should still be able to make image contributions if you update the images via an upload to the Image Manager.

If you are having issues uploading images please provide your most recent Case and I can see what options I can take to assist in escalating this. Thank you for your understanding.
