It does help in increasing sale due to seller being able to put more and more products into prime while storing items in local warehouse. Processing is not tedious once accustomed to (although returns are bit hassel).

In Seller flex return management is complex and there is no option available for damage / fraud return claim.

Based on our experience so far, Seller Flex is only viable and helpful if you are extremely organised.
Return is a big hassle as there is no way to get claims for changed or different items. If your ASP is more than 500 then Seller Flex is a big mistake.
We have incurred huge losses due to no proper knowledge of reconcillation of returns and lost shipments

Last year we were invited for Seller Flex but we were not fully prepared. Now from the beginning of this year we are requesting for the same and the message is typical “we will inform you soon”??? So long.
My Q is that we are in medical rehabs where many small products in combinations can prevent the medical problem or helps the pain related issue. It is impossible to create a inventories of combination of many products but it is only possible thru Seller Flex. We are not getting proper response from Amazon Team and we are still waiting…
Can anyone comments on ‘are we waiting for the right product/services’ or shall we continue with FBA?
