AWD - shipment - cartons

I am shipping from South Africa and want to know if AWD can receive my shipment. Currently I am shipping directly to FBA via fedex air freight but would prefer to ship larger QTYs by sea. Does the stock going to AWD need to be palletized? also I see that auto replenishment is an option what are the fees for this?

From other posts i saw that receiving our stock that is packed 96 units in to a carton but has 4 inner cartons of 24. This hasn't been an issue when sending to FBA directly is this an issue for AWD receiving?

Thanks

You can send Less than Truck Load (LTL) to AWD.

No need to palletize.

No Fees for auto-replenishment.

Big cartons might be an issue in AWD, because they are stored as is.

Hi @Seller_38FNjf7Ppjy5B,

As noted above, AWD shipments aren't necessarily required to be palletized and you have the LTL option as mentioned.

A full breakdown of fees can be found at the Amazon Warehousing and Distribution fees help page.

For you last question, AWD receives and stores at the individual carton level, so each carton would need a SCCC label on it.

Hope this helps!
