Simple request ASIN is not in correct category and it is showing on the "Listing Quality" page so I am trying to be a good little seller and make sure it is corrected.

Multiple emails back and forth with an opened case.

Some say we will fix, some say we need more information, some say please send screen shot, some replied with wrong ASIN.

I mean c'mon really?

They can look at the ASIN on their end, see that it is simply in the wrong category and change the category.

Yes I have tried to change the category with the individual editor and with flat file, neither worked. (before I contacted support)

Does anyone know for certain if the Listing Quality directly affects the Buy Box %?

Please keep in mind that the listing quality issues are with category that was not assigned correctly. I entered the correct category, but, Amazon system marked it as something else.

Earrings really should be under earrings and not "T-shirts-Other"
