None of the products in my store can be added to the cart or purchased. I contacted customer service, but they said they were able to. Here is a picture showing the issue. Has anyone else encountered this problem？

You are not allowed to purchase your own product. That is a violation, and it is one of the few times where Amazon actually prevents you from violating policy (or does if you use the buying account associated with your selling account). If you use a different buying account you might succeed, only to find yourself suspended.
Do not try to buy your own product or put it in your cart.
