If you didn't get impressions and spend your campaign is not playing. Maybe it's a product that doesn't allow PPC? do a research which products cannot be advertised on Amazon.

Look at whether there is no product exposure, there is no exposure no click no spend that the bid is too low, appropriate to increase the bid

Hello @Roufay,
Thanks for the post here! If your campaign isn't receiving any clicks or impressions, check the campaign settings listed below to make sure that your campaign is running and that it's accurately configured so your ads are showing up to customers. The settings listed below will impact your campaign performance. Check these settings to make sure that your campaign is accurately configured so your ads show up to customers.
- Match types: Match types allow you to fine-tune which shopping queries your ads are eligible to show against. Visit our Match types Help page to learn more about this feature and ensure you're using appropriate keyword match types for your campaign. You can also use broad match modifiers to expand your campaign match terms. This isn't applicable to Sponsored Display ads.
- Product Targeting campaigns: If a campaign targeting products or product categories isn't delivering impressions, this could be related to low traffic for the category or product targets, or that these targets aren't showing up in organic search results. In this case, you can expand targeting to similar popular products or categories that show up on search results, or get more traffic in their corresponding detail pages.
- Detail page placements: Placements on detail page compete with other advertising and organic content, so you may not always see the Sponsored Brands ad slot on detail pages you visit.
- Audiences: If your campaign isn't delivering impressions, this could be related to low traffic for the audience selected for it. In this case, check that you've not added refinements that could reduce the size of your audience, or that you can expand your audience to similar ones, or audiences who viewed more popular categories.
- Creative: If you see the status “Not approved”, this generally means that your custom headline, logo, or image has been rejected by moderation. You can check the reasons for this and submit an edit from the Creative tab in your Sponsored Display campaign.
For Sponsored Products campaigns, you can Troubleshoot issues affecting ads and campaigns easily in a self-service way with the Diagnostics Hub.
You may review this page in your search to troubleshoot your campaign and impressions.
Kindest regards,
