Hello, I am facing a problem of deactivation of my seller central and they want utility bills to verify identity.
Theirs a problem that our house is on my grandfather name so the utility bill and my grandfather has also been past away two years ago. What to do now? Plzz anybody guide me.

It is part of verification; you need a piped utility bill in your name.

As mentioned by @Seller_OvL8C4BJWiuS9, if you originally created the account in your name, we will require a utility bill in your name. you can see our seller identity verification help page for more information on our requirements for these documents.
I would advise obtaining a utility bill in your name such as a mobile phone, or put one of the other utilities in your name.
