I wanted to reach out to you regarding your compliance document submission.
The Compliance Team takes anywhere from 10 to 15 business days to review documentation submitted through the Product Compliance Dashboard in Account Health. You can read more about compliance document submission best practices on -->THIS<-- discussion post I created here.
I took a look at CASE ID ending in 8131 that was submitted on January 16th, 2025 so the documents should be reviewed no later than February 6th, 2025. If you do not hear back from them after that date, please let me know and I can see what next steps we can take on escalating your case.
