Customer ordered a £1.99 item and paid for next day shipping. We shipped promptly and the parcel was delivered the next day.

The customer then change their mind and returned the item. Amazon automatically refunded the cost including next day delivery cost.

We attempted to contact Amazon by filing a Safe-T claim and was informed that the order is not elligible.

As a result we now stop offfering next day delivery service via Amazon. It's not worth the trouble.
