According to the video posted on amazon seller central we should find the third party courier in the manage orders page

If not, I would suggest reaching out to Seller Support to inquire about the current self-ship courier options available to sellers in the India marketplace.
They should be able to provide you with the most up-to-date information and guide you on the process to set up a third party courier for your self-ship orders.
