COI submission keeps getting rejected

I have been selling on Amazon for quite some time. We purchase our liability insurance through the Amazon approved Company Next Insurance Agency. This year, following the same process and verbiage as previous years, my submission keeps getting rejected stating "The insurer name mentioned on your insurance policy does not match the "Name of Insurer" you provided in Seller Central. Please enter the correct insurer name from your certificate of insurance (COI) in Seller Central when re-submitting the COI for verification. Note that the insurer name may be different from the producer name in the COI."

I have tried different iterations and I keep getting the same response. I have to admit that this is a perfect example of how Amazon makes it incredibly difficult for sellers on things that should be simple. You can see I have a COI from your recommended provider. Why cant you tell me how you want their name to appear in seller central instead of making me jump through hoops? Again, I submitted the same identical info as last year without issue. Any help from someone that uses the same insurer that has recently got their COI approved would be helpful. - Thanks

When you're inputting the insurer, you're not including the agency/provider but the actual insurer, right? On your COI it's listed separately and could have changed from the previous year.

Same thing with me. First time wanting them included on the policy. Did that. 2nd rejection saying I didn't have enough liability. It clearly shows that I do. It is the same policy as I have had. What the heck is going on? Their bots must be on the wrong medication.
