Received approval from Amazon to list products under a brand but can't...
I submitted an invoice last week to list products under a brand, I received approval at the weekend (case 14098991851) but when I try and add the listing, the system hasn't been updated, it's still saying I need to request access.
I've tried contacting support (case 14160466731) but every time I get an answer of no help and one that isn't following on from the previous message - one was ASIN is invalid (sent screenshot it's not), another asked for a screenshot of the error (sent screenshots of the approval email along with the listing still saying I need to request access), they've now come back saying I'm not approved to list this product and that I need to submit an invoice to get approval... AAARRGH
Is there anyone else that can help? It literally looks like someone didn't update my account when they approved it.

You are confusing AMAZON allowing you to list (or at least "ungate") an item or category and actually being APPROVED to sell a product. AMAZON is only interested in FEES. They will allow a chimpanzee to list if it means they collect $$$$$.
Here are the NEW rules for selling on the ‘new and improved’ Amazon. Since this was a gated category pay attention to the final part about gating. It's coming as a shocker to LOTS of sellers.
The first question is -- Are you authorized IN WRITING by the BRAND to sell their items on Amazon? That means from the BRAND, not some random wholesale source that can NOT authorize anything – they only SELL.
More and more brands have provided a "whitelist" of their approved sellers and if YOU are NOT on the list you will be stopped in your tracks and probably hit with an IP violation.
The second (and probably more important) question is -- Where are you sourcing your products? Are you buying direct from the brand or through an AUTHORIZED wholesale source?
Have you verified with the BRAND that your distributor IS an authorized wholesale distributor for ALL of their products. Some wholesalers are only allowed to distribute portions of a product line.
NOTE – FOR 'GATED' CATEGORIES' DOING RA IS NOT PERMITTED ON AMAZON. PERIOD. If you have to 'apply to sell' you WILL need an INVOICE from an AUTHORIZED distributor and not a receipt.

Hi @Seller_oZdZxalpe540i, thanks for providing your case IDs. I see that the last thing Brand Registry Support advised was to ensure that you are enrolled in Brand Registry, as "only the brand registered owners can list the product under [the brand]". Can you confirm for me that you're currently enrolled in Brand Registry?
