There is no such human at Amazon. If you have a Pro account, you can request a call back, but these are often not helpful. The rep will give you scripted answers that have nothing to do with your issue. Or the call will get cut off. Or they will say they called and you did not answer. Or.....
Other sellers here on the forums can often give better, swifter assistance if you wish to post your issue here. Or if you have opened a case with Seller "Support" you can post it here with the case id no. and sometimes a Forum Mod will help you out.

Dominic from Amazon here, we do have a chat function within Seller Support. This is available in the Get Help section of Seller Support. Additionally Seller Support is available 24/7 and you can chat with Amazon Team members, not a robot.
