Help ! competitor continues to say i sell counterfit goods
I have a 'customer' whose address is the address of a wholesaler or the products they keep buying.
They have bought three different products and every time immediatley return the products and accuse me of selling counterfit goods.
The 1st time i could not prove invoices equal to the stock sold in 1 year as the stock included old stock so I had to accept the violation.
The 2nd time I proved I have bought more stock in the year than sold in the year so it was found in my favour.
This 3rd time I have sold 317 units and can only find invoices for 300 units.
What can I do - I am really scared I am going to lose my account.
Any advice gratefully received

This sounds more like a legal issue than an Amazon issue. I would consult a Solicitor.

Are they the company you buy from or are they a diffeent wholesaler. Does your wholesaler have permission to resell on Amazon. Print to polka dots presume your dealing with fabrics. Is it a particular brand hey are hitting on and do you by that brand from a grey wholsaler such as checka (USA). Perhaps the wholesaler has an import agreement an your bypassing it buying it from elsewhere.

would suggest you to open case with amazon and explain your issue with each and every detail possible, also state the information about the buyer who accused counterfeit goods and if you have gotten any positive feedback on the same product do share it with amazon team as a proof against that fake buyer .... am sure they will help.
