Should I include packing slip or any kind of receipt in the FBM orders?
I've been only doing FBA and just started an FBM listing. As a customer, I remember receiving a kind of receipt when I ordered a book from Amazon. It was about the size of 3 x 3 inches if I recall correctly. It came to my mind that I may also have to put something like that so the customer can confirm what they received for which order.
1. The packing slip I can print from an FBM order is too large about the size of a US letter. Is there a smaller one? Or do I have to manually create one?
2. What is your opinion about including a packing slip or receipt? Any experience like customers saying "I didn't receive it" just because they were confused? Or is it too much to print them and include them in every order?
3. When I order something from Amazon, I saw some sellers include a fancy postcard like a number to their customer service. Is there a guidance on what can be done or not and do you guys this it is good idea?
Thank you!

You should print out the packing slip and include it in the order. AFAIK, there is not a smaller one; just fold it to fit.
As for other things, I've had several orders that included extra inserts. Probably more than half were in violation of Amazon rules.
