Missing Best Sellers Rank on amazon.com and Seller Central

Hello everyone!

I need some help with our missing best sellers rank on Amazon.com and Seller Central. Our item type keyword is updated, and the product was not categorized as an adult item. Seller Support mentioned that "We have thoroughly investigated this issue and found that the product is not eligible for a sales rank at this time. We are unable to share the specific eligibility criteria due to confidentiality."

Do you guys have any more ideas on how we can get our BSR back?
