FBA Shipment lost again, now in OKC2. This problem has started happening too often over the past year

When I tried -Reconciling shipment FBA17QW8R3MC -" Your Shipment ID FBA17QW8R3MC is eligible for investigation

To request an investigation, go to Contact Us and create a case"

That's why I created the case ID 15027924251 - where I attached all the documents and evidence, including USPS proof of delivery signed by an Amazon employee (P Amazon), delivered to the correct address, with the correct weight - all this information is available in USPS proof of delivery file.

Any help with FBA ID:FBA17QW8R3MC will be great

That's why I created the case ID 15027924251 - where I attached all the documents and evidence, including USPS proof of delivery signed by an Amazon employee (P Amazon), delivered to the correct address, with the correct weight - all this information is available in USPS proof of delivery file.

FBA Shipment lost again, now in OKC2. This problem has started happening too often over the past year

I asked our partner team to review that case and check if there are any additional steps you can take to request further investigation or if their previous decision was final.
