Hello @Seller_AJbKCDgVc3R9i,

I understand this situation can be frustrating, and I’m here to help you resolve it. When a listing is removed for trademark infringement, it’s important to take prompt action. Here are the steps you can take:

  1. Review your listing carefully: Check all product attributes, images, and descriptions to ensure you’re not using any trademarks that don’t represent your product.
  2. Update your listing: If you find any unauthorized use of trademarks, edit your product details to remove them.
  3. Check for accessory listings: If your product is an accessory for a trademarked item, make sure you’re referring to compatibility in accordance with Amazon’s Intellectual Property Policy.
  4. Relist if necessary: If you can’t find the ASIN in your Manage Inventory, you may need to relist the product. Wait 24 hours for the ASIN to be reviewed and activated.
  5. Contact Selling Partner Support: If the listing remains inactive after 24 hours, reach out to Selling Partner Support for further assistance. You can share the case ID in this thread, and I'll review to ensure it's being addressed properly.

If you believe your listing was incorrectly removed, you can contact us to appeal the decision. We take intellectual property rights seriously, but we also want to ensure that legitimate sellers aren’t unfairly impacted.

Remember, maintaining accurate listings that respect intellectual property rights is crucial for your long-term success on Amazon.

Regards,

- Manny
