BSR Stuck // Sales Drop // Issues Everywhere
Throughout the whole INFORMS act mess, has anyone noticed product BSRs have been stuck for the past 3 days or so? Our BSRs are stuck for all prime ASINs... our sales have also dropped drastically with times where our sales just stop for 6 hours... which has NEVER happened before, weekend holiday or not.
Something just feels so off on the backend... can a MOD please escalate the BSR issue?

I opened a case with seller support about the BSR not properly updating. Mine seems to be working again starting a couple hours ago.
But the main issue I am now having is that my sales have dramatically stopped. I usually get 10-15 a day and I've only had 1 sale today. Something feels very off on top of the INFORMS deactivation threat fiasco.

Noticed the same issue, went from 10 sales on 1 product to none for a day with bsr stuck, its now just working today and sales coming back

The more important issue is that similar BSR nearly half sales.

In the last 48 hours, sales have been ABNORMALLY low. Worse than a major holiday. Been selling on this platform for 6 years, so I know what is normal vs. not normal. There is definitely a MAJOR issue going on and our livelihoods are in jeopardy until this is fixed.

Man what the hell is going on... past yesterday and today so far have been just embarrassing. To put things into perspective, we sold 46 units of one of our own branded ASINs on June 5th. June 6th, we sold 25. Today, we're at 6.... something is off, we've been here long enough to know...
