Since you are a new seller, Amazon has to build your account level reserve to cover eventuel returns from customers or lost packages. It will take about 3-4 weeks to receive the first money. The reserve will stay about 50% of your balance. That is normal and nothing to worry about.

Hello there, my name is CR and wanted to quickly hop in here to provide a resource to review on Account Level Reserves. It is a normal part of selling on Amazon to see funds in the Account level reserve section of the Statement View tab on your Payments report. It’s the amount of money that is reserved to ensure that you have enough funds to fulfill any financial obligations, such as refunds, claims, or chargebacks.

You've received some great guidance above as a new seller from fellow community member, @Seller_rI7BZIczK8iAC- thank you!

This link goes into more detail on Account Level Reserves that I'd recommend reviewing.
