More than 25 order pending because payment can't be verified
I have products in Amazon prime. As a new seller first time u got more than 20 orders in around 2 days but it is not being dispatched . When asked from customer care they told payment can’t be verified. However even cod are not being dispatched.

This is Roberto. Thank you for using the Forums, there could be a number of reasons orders remain in pending status for longer than usual, a few reasons include:
- Amazon has been unable to obtain authorization for the buyer's credit card. (This includes COD orders, which may be subject to buyer verification checks.)
- For an FBA order, the buyer has qualified for free shipping and the order is waiting for all the order items to be gathered.
- For an FBA order, the order will still show pending status if it is for multiple items, but one item is out of stock, even if Amazon chooses to divide the order and send the in-stock items.
- For Subscribe & Save deliveries, orders are placed several days before a customer’s upcoming delivery date to align subscription sign-up orders with the customer's weekly or monthly Subscribe & Save delivery date and to ensure that inventory is reserved for upcoming deliveries.
You should not ship these orders until Amazon confirms the payment verification is complete. If the orders remain in pending status longer than 72 hours, you should contact our Seller Support team and provide them with the Order IDs for further review.
