Hundreds of cancelled orders
Hi, it seems that we have competitors going through the products we sell and trying to clear out our stock by ordering and then cancelling hundreds of orders. Can anyone please help us with this? It is causing most of our products to go oos any help would be appreciated. also i just noticed our auto cancellation window was set to 2 hours and we just changed it back to half hour maybe that will help? not sure how such an issue can be fixed.

Try to set the maximum orders per customer.

Taking your statement at face value, this is CLEARLY eCommerce Terrorism.
Open a case with Seller support (yes I know it is a waste of time) then post that case number here and tag the Amazonians that are on this forum.
Sorry for your pain. Godspeed.

Hello @Seller_yICm1dJwUEtef. Thanks for raising that issue here in the forums.
The best first step for you (if you haven't already done so) is to report the issue using the Seller Help / Report Abuse form.
There is a section to report that issue so that our partner team can review the activity: Another seller account is attempting to harm my business > Placing orders on your products for the purpose of holding your inventory.

Add a maximum order quantity in the meantime and then report the abuse.
