is everyone still having issues with RYY2 or just me ?

My box was checked in feb 10th and then nothing has happened since then. At this point I feel like they have lost it. Support won't help and just keeps telling me my package isn't lost and not to worry smh

Never again will I allow my boxes to go to this place
