First order scheduled for pickup, but no one arrived?
First order scheduled for pickup, but no one came to pick up ?
we received an order , we packed it, scheduled pickup via EasyShip on TUESDAY (25th APRIL) morning and the available time slot for pickup was 11AM - 1pm today, 25 th April.
We did not receive any phone call or any message about pickup confirmation yet the order shipping status shows ‘waiting for pickup’.
Please help.

today i want to talk about your service i am writing this mail because i am not getting the good service.I have been associated with your team for a long time but my product launch is incomplete on your amazon site. After the mam who used to help us passed away, the staff has not been provided for a long time yet now.If the product is not the same then we will not get the same order it is normal thing.
