Buy Shipping Not Working?

We are getting the following error when we are in our order trying to purchase a shipping label:

+ Add a new ship-from address We do not have a ship-from address stored for your account. Add a ship-from address in order to purchase labels.

We have the "ship from" address in our account and it has not changed.

In addition, the package dimensions are only in cm (we are usa based & this order is from the .com site to a usa address). We cannot select a ship date or label orientation.

Is this a known issue? Is anyone else experiencing this issue?

Glad to hear it's not just us. We had to ship the orders mentioned in this thread to avoid late shipment & used a 3rd party provider rather than amazon buy shipping. We let amazon know of the issue continuing in our original case and we were instructed to open a new case with new order numbers this morning.

If this still isn't resolved by ~2pm eastern time today 5/9 we will have to use our 3rd party provider so we do not get dinged for late shipment and in the process lose amazon seller protections

If any mods see this, the latest case # is 15249151691 which has screen shots attached.

We are still experiencing this error - if it is not resolved by approximately 2pm eastern time on 5/9 - we will ship using a 3rd party provider again and lose our amazon buy shipping protections.

Was hoping to get a mod to expedite this - Seller Support said they can only research the issue with open orders and we are required by Amazon to ship today. This is the second case we had opened because the prior case was not resolved prior to the time we had to ship.

I'm just coming across this thread and wanted to check in to see if there has been any updates on this error? It doesn't seem like I have access to view case 15249151691, however, I was able to view your other case about this error - case 15240343921.

Were you able to get this resolved by following those troubleshooting steps listed within case 15240343921?
