I am writing to formally raise a serious complaint regarding the conduct and service negligence of the assigned delivery partner in Kannauj, Uttar Pradesh, India.
Despite being scheduled to pick up a shipment from our location, the delivery partner did not arrive as expected. When I contacted him directly to understand the delay, he responded in an extremely rude and abusive manner. Shockingly, he refused to pick up the parcel and instructed us to deliver it to the warehouse ourselves, which is against the standard Amazon logistics process.
Furthermore, he made threatening statements, including:
• “If you don’t print the label, I will throw your product on the road.”
• “I will block your profile from Amazon.”
This is not the first instance of misconduct. In the past as well, our shipments have been mishandled, and his unprofessional attitude has caused operational delays.
Such behavior is completely unacceptable, especially given Amazon’s strong reputation for customer service and professionalism. These actions not only compromise the safety of our products but also risk delays in order fulfillment, which can severely impact our seller ratings and customer satisfaction.
We respectfully request the following:
1. Immediate action to be taken against the concerned delivery partner.
2. Reassignment of a reliable and professional pickup agent in the Kannauj region.
3. Clarification on how to proceed with the pending pickup, as the delay is beyond our control.
