This is a metric which measures all seller-cancelled orders as a percentage of total orders during a given 7-day time period.
What orders are counted toward cancellation rate?
- Order cancellations initiated by the selling partner
- Orders automatically cancelled by Amazon due to the selling partner not confirming shipment
What orders are not counted toward cancellation rate?
- Order cancellations that are requested by the customer using the order-cancellation options in their Amazon account
- Pending orders that are cancelled by the customer directly on Amazon
Selling Partners are required to maintain a pre-fulfillment cancel rate under 2.5% in order to sell on Amazon.
