PPC Campaign Management

Hello

Need a little help. I want to restrict my PPC campaign to USA only to avoid wasting clicks from outside USA as I dont ship outside USA. Please let me know to do that. or restrict other countries from clicking on my ads. I can not see location tagging or geo targeting on my ads management page.
