  1. Log into Seller Central
  2. Go to Help > Contact Seller Support
  3. Select "Shipping and Delivery"
  4. Choose "Easy Ship Related Issues"

🧩 Important Information to Include:

  • Order ID(s)
  • Scheduled pickup date
  • Issue details (missed pickup, late pickup, etc.)
  • Any communication with the delivery partner
  • Photos of packed items (if relevant)

💡 Quick Tips:

  • File the complaint within 24 hours of the scheduled pickup
  • Keep all related documentation handy
  • Take screenshots of your pickup schedule

they don't want you to grow they have list Indian business because of guidelines but at the same time they use several ways to demotivate sellers , then they launched Amazon basics and boom 💥 now if you order from Amazon basics you get the product otherwise it will not delivered because they don't fckng pickup 😡😡😡
