RETURN SCAMS NOW A TRADITION FOR MOST AMAZON BUYERS
Hello My Fellow Sellers,
I was going through Reddit E-commerce stories and I am going to past screenshot of these stories that support return scams on E-commerce websites especially on Amazon.
These are the losses that we have been counting as sellers and when you try to prove these to Amazon, they count it out as a bluff on the sellers side.
Seeing these stories, got me annoyed, some of these people don't know that this items being purchased come from small businesses that struggle hard to survive.

There is no way you would tell me that Amazon is not aware of these scams, making sellers lose thousands in USD every year

Mine may be similar to s-riddler. A buyer nicely asked me to verify that my DVD set matched that of the one listed on Amazon. It did, was brand new with original stickers on the sealed cellophane. He immediately purchased it, I mailed it, he received it in 3 days. That day, he contacted Amazon stating it was damaged and he wanted to return it. I sent him return info. He now states, through Amazon, that my info is incorrect and he wants a full refund. Sound familiar to anyone?
