Proof of address and bank statement

Currently, I have identification verification on my account and it asks me for a bank statement for proof of address. I share this with you, but you do not accept it. So I'm asking why you don't accept it? Your policy states that you accept the bank statement from Payooner, but you do not accept the Payooner bank statement I sent you and you do not say why you do not accept it. I contacted Payooner and they asked me to meet with you and asked why you did not accept this bank statement and said they could assist me as needed. And my question to you is, why don't you accept my bank statement? Where is the mistake? I send an e-mail to your UK verification center, but they do not respond to me. I request your support in this matter.

You are not talking to Amazon here, this is the seller forum.
For the address verification, Amazon is not asking a bank statement but an utility bill. Maybe you are confusing something.
Copy and paste here the email they sent you or a screenshot of your "Account Health page". We can maybe give an advice IF you are talking about Amazon USA and not UK. For UK matters go in the UK forum.
