Has anyone ever posted better than a one star reply to any of Amazon's seller surveys? I was wondering why they bother as nothing ever seems to improve and I can't be the only one who thinks Amazon is failing in many areas.

I ALWAYS complete them and am brutally honest, but as you say, never any changes in response to them.
