report of counterfeit in one of my products
Today I received a notification from Amazon that someone had reported one of my Asins as counterfeit. I don't understand why. I get it from a factory in China. The Asin is listed under my registered trademark on Amazon. Can anyone help? Can someone from the internal team check it out? In my case I leave the ASIN B0C19LWT91

Can you go into your brand registry and search for that complaint ID to see if it comes up?

go to the trademark website and search the trademark there. It will show you a pet toy company that makes those. Just because you ordered it from someone in China does not give you the right to sell something if its protected here in the US.
