Wrong dimensions and wrong FBA size tier issues
Is anyone else experiencing issues with the FBA size tier? Why is Amazon providing incorrect dimensions for three of our product's packaging?
Our product packages are designed to be 24.5x18x11.5 cm, clearly falling within the small package category. Amazon even provided us with photos of a manual measurement process confirming the correct dimensions of our package. However, despite this evidence, they continue to investigate internally and provide incorrect measurements, assign the wrong product size tier, and calculate incorrect fulfillment fees.
How is this possible? Why is Amazon confirming measurements that are clearly incorrect? The pictures speak for themselves.
I've been dealing with this issue for approximately two weeks now, and Amazon Seller Support continues to send the same copy/paste message without offering a proper solution. I still have three open cases for three products with these measurement issues: 9559200932, 9562779552, and 9561161142.

The employee who takes the measurements is not part of the same team as the employee who processes the case.
I'm guessing that maybe you've added other protections on the outside of the box? Like bubble wrap or something? That would also increase the maximum size of the parcel.
