There is too much fraud done by Amazon , we are doing business last 2 Years on Amazon , we have use self shipping service & also self Authorised each return request & issue refund.
Past 10 days some one of Amazon staff member activated MFN Gold in my seller account in which Amazon self authorised all return request & issued refund self…even then Buyer raised any return request with out any reason…
We get return parcel in which found Box is empty , product is missing we made call seller support they make us fool …bla bla bla
also replied us you have Safe T claim option to reimburse the amount if buyer returned defective/empty box like this with in 7 days of receiving the return item…
When we are going to raise Safe T claim it shows you can’t raise…you can only safe T claim after 30 days of receiving the return item…
There are all fool seller support stafff who don’t know any thing & misguide us…
COULD YOU PLEASE ANY ONE THERE WHO GUIDE US HOW TO DEACTIVATE THIS MFN GOLD REG,?
