Amazon STEALS From SELLERS - Per the section F-7.2 in Amazon Services Business Solutions Agreement
That means amazon can steal your product from FBA and tell you, your item got damaged (without any proof) in the amazon warehouse and dispose it.
It happened to me. 19 pc of knife set with wooden box got damaged which they had to disposed it immediately without notify me.
Who knows they decided to take it home and use it or it got damaged. NO PROOF.
Basically amazon decided to put $1600 of item in the trash.
Yes from seller pocket.
And the Funny part, Amazon doesn't have insurance to cover this damages....
From my experience amazon keep adding policy under policy. Anytime amazon should pay something, they added to their policy.
Here is the last email I received from them

That is why sellers are supposed to have insurance to cover such things.

But you can change this in your settings, isn't it? It seems you checked the box "Dispose" instead of "Return".
Amazon is a self service platform where you, the seller, has to set anything.
