Brand Registry Application
I have had my brand registry application in the "pending for over 6 months now. The application was initiated on 06/19/2023 and I have not got any updates since then. I have tried to my best to explain to the Brand Registry team what was happending through another case but have only gotten generic responses. This is what they are saying
"A pending review application cannot be edited, however you can submit additional information by locating the application Case ID from Manage Applications page and clicking on the link to view the application case.
Reminder: Once an application is declined, you can no longer submit more information. However, you can reapply by clicking the “Copy” action within Manage Applications.

The problem with what they are telling me is I cannot respond to the case because it closed not that it so old and their is nothing that can be edited inside of it. If anyone can help me resolve this I would greatly appreciate it.

You will need a MOD to intervene and ask the Brand Registry team to close the one so you can refile.
If you have opened any cases provide a number so any MOD that happens to drop by can look it over to see if they can help.
I have given up tagging MODS unless there is a case number in the posts since it wastes time for everyone. They have to ask for it and then wait for a reply from the poster and then the poster has to wait again for the MOD to find the case, and then more waiting.…………....

The Case ID to the brand registration application is Case 13073138711. I just need the application denied so that I can reapply.

Dougal here and I am happy to see that you were able to create a new Brand Registry enrollment application. I also see that is is currently in progress, but please feel free to let me know if you have any other questions.
Also, @Seller_kIukTwdhvntAp(thank you) has a good call out that including a case ID in your initial post will help the Community Managers find your issue quicker.
