Need help changing shipping label default please
Hello
My FBA shipping label preferences changed this past week. how can i change the shipping label default back to making a thermal printer 4 x 6 label instead of it printing a large 8 x 10? I want to make the 4 x 6 a default so that i do not have to change it manually back to the 4 x 6? . I tried opening a case to ask for help but they had not clue what i was talking about and sent me a cut and paste that made not sense a all. Please help and thanks in advance for help :)

Dominic from Amazon here, happy to help! When purchasing a shipping label with a thermal printer, confirm the selection in the Label print orientation drop-down is set to “Default (ZPL)”. Choosing any other option will print the wrong size or not print at all.
