Easy ship miss pickup
Why Amazon Easy Ship is not picking up the packages? This is happening for the 3rd time in this month. Totally frustrated with this whole experience.
Initially i had FBA inventory to be picked up, but it didn't even pickup after a month. Then i moved these items to Easy Ship. Even then, the same is happening. If pickup is not going to happen, how should i sell my products? Totally killing small business owners.
On top of this, everytime, i need to create a new label and pack. Waste of labels and packaging.
When i called the seller support, they are just bothered about cancellation reimbursement. She simply said there is some new policies in place from last 2 months, that's why it is happening? I asked for her supervisor to call me. I didnt even get a call back.
Is this market place for selling products or not? Completely disappointed with the service they are providing.

I got this same issue past month no easy ship Pickup. But now I Manged to solve that issue, if i want help I need to know further ingram: nessential4home
1 r ever able to sell through Easy ship System?
2 is your Pickup PIN Code is Listed in Amazon Service available list( some Indian PIN Codes are Not )
3 Always make sure the address in the Easy ship settings columnand shipping address columns are Match and correct. Please Double check the Phone Number.
4 Contact the nearest Amazon service Hub go for the TL or Area Manager to check they get the Pickup from Seller central for your order ( some times Not), this is only for First time
