After receive the products, they file a claim for refund or return/replacement. and put their old products by replaciing the ordered new products.
By Giving reasons:
Defective Items, Used Items, different items, performance issue.
For control this frauds/scams, Amazon must take a initiative to apply the rule "Making the Unboxing Video also must be mandatory for Buyers to Claim a refunds & returns"
The Other solution is.. have to make the unboxing video by Delivery person at the time of delivery and close the deal or take return at the same time.
This will make clear, transparrent and healthy solutions for Buyers and sellers both side..
Due to these scams, many sellers are going in too loss. and quitting the selling here.. many sellers are gone in depression due to these losses.

Amazon never do this, they are totaly PRO BUYER, never ask any quastion to buyer, even they promot buyer to place order without cheking product details due to amazon have no quastion ask return policy.

Like Amazon charges sellers for defective products. Incase the customers found guilty of misusing these policies then they should also be blocked/penalized for such behavior.
