How to prove i dont have any another account
My account is deactivated because I'm linked to another account that belongs to my friend. First Amazon asked me to send affidavit letter that's notarized and signed by my friend , his bank statements, Driver License , proof of address and his llc documents to prove he is not me. I appealed again couple times and added all required documents as well and ofcourse it got declined.
Now Amazon is asking me to send evidence that I never had another seller account other than deactivated one. I really dont know how and what can I send as an evidence ? I really dont understand how can someone prove he does not have any other account like what kind of document ? Amazon doesn't clearly explain any required doccument that will be accepted , all i have is i need to send evidence to prove I don't have more than 1 account.

That happens because you work on the same wifi, that makes both accounts linked. This is no problem TILL the one is suspended. In this case, the other one will be it too. Unfortunately I have no advice how to prove that HIS account is not linked to your's. Since in fact they ARE linked because using the same wifi.

I see that your account is deactivated for a violation of the multiple accounts policy and you have questions about what your available appeal options will be.
First, I want to provide some clarity on how this type of deactivation can occur. A multiple account policy violation will be placed if 2 accounts share personal, financial or business information between them and one of the accounts becomes deactivated. You do not have to own or operate the other account for a link to be established.
The only available appeal options are to prove that the accounts are no longer related OR to ensure that the account related to you is successfully reinstated. If there is still shared information between the accounts, proving they are not related will NOT be possible and any dispute information you submit will likely be rejected.
Have you checked both accounts to make sure there is not shared information between them? What is your friends account deactivated for? Will they be willing to work to reinstate their account? If you have any case ID's please include them here so I can review the details.
