Policy violation (Counterfeit) notification, account about to be deactivated and several of my llistings have been hijacked
On May 22 I received a Policy violation notification product is counterfeit . The listing brand was changed to a Chinese brand and the listing was Hijacked. We are authorized to sell all the products on Amazon and have the manufacturers authorization.
I have appealed the case sent the my invoice along with letter of reference from my manufacturer. Then in the middle of the Night May 23 we received 5 more policy violations same thing and then this morning one more totaling 7 policy violations, and all the listings have been hijacked.
The original brand name is gone and replaced by some Chinese brand: bubbacare, YJJSKEJI , WSLHFEO. all the violations have been reported by the same person using the same email representing several Chinese brands.
I have gone with a health rating of 350 to 4 in one day and my account is at risk of deactivation
I have appealed all the violation but with the the brand changed I fear it will be denied
Can anyone help or advise what to do? Mods help please

I received another Policy warning today same thing as the previous 7. I took screen shot the listing before the brand name is changed etc Can I or should I open a case with Amazon along with all three ASIN number to report what happening?

This has been happening in our store for well over a month, all the listings that are hijacked have a lot of positive reviews, I don't think that is a coincidence.
I have 2 listings that both have had this same issue over 10 times each, one of them went from 300+ sales per month to now zero, the other also had multiple sales per day, now, maybe 1 or 2 if that. The loss of revenue is seriously affecting our business and ability to financially advance.
What you are speaking of happened again to us overnight as well, all from the same person with the same email going to the same three Chinese brands as you: bubbacare, etc. Our health rating went from 390 to 160, prior to the hijackings, we were consistently over 450.
We call, send our response and report listing abuse. They somewhat fix our listings back to us, however, it never goes back to the original brand and all the listings have a "c" at the end of them.
I am at a complete loss that Amazon doesn't appear to be capable to cure this issue. If these people are able to hijack our listings, what else are they able to access in our accounts? Personal info? Banking? If there is a Mod that can help, PLEASE, contact us.

You will now be targeted by this hacking group, I often get these brand hackers on my listings.
As you receive the Infringement notice, you will see the patterns.
1) The Trademark in the Infringement complaint will be different than the final hijacker.
For example if you take that trademark number and to to USPTO TESS TRADEMARK SEARCH and in the basic search choose the option "search by number" you will see that the INFRINGEMENT COMPLAINT came from a different "trademark" than the Brand that now appears on your listing.
2) Email address of the complaining party has a pattern same like the previous emails from the previous False "Infringement Complaints"
When I do the appeal I use the small appeal field where you can only enter small amount of text with something like this:
We are under attack by Chinese Hackers "JHAMAR" Our brand is Picture-Frames-by-StockingFactoryThe Hacker changed the brand to : "JHAMAR" Please see attachments for evidence. The Hacker filed Fraudulent Infringement Report. Please investigate and assin reverting the brand back to our brand Picture-Frames-by-StockingFactory
Then in the attachments first thing I upload is a text file explaing how our brand was hijacked.
If you go to Microsoft Bing, in it enter your ASIN and the word Amazon
for example

Then you will get a cached version of your listing,

usually before the brand was overwritten and you can submit a screenshot of it with a link to Bing Cache with your appeal
