We've received 1-star reviews from customers who are unverified purchasers and coincidentally left them on the same day. This is clear review manipulation from a disgruntled party. Also, this is for a virtual bundle so it literally can't be purchased anywhere else. I don't understand how they're allowed to get away with this.

Is there any way to remove these reviews? They're unauthentic and are clearly made to negatively impact our business. One of the reviews mentions something that doesn't even apply to product being sold which is even more of an indication that it isn't authentic.
