18 0rders got cancelled by amazon and applied fixed blocks on my listings
My 18 orders , sale of 10k got cancelled by amazon overnight because easy ship pickup partner did not pickup them for 2 days out of which one day was a holiday 2nd oct and it's really frustrating that we have no way to contact our pickup partner and nor does amazon seller support have any such rights or information about their pickup hubs.
not only I lost my sale but amazon also charged me with cancellation fees of all the 18 orders ( which they do promise to reimburse within 15 days) , but the main loss is that they reduced my visibility on amazon and fixed blocked my 2 bestseller products , and now I have to start getting visibility again from the beginning even though the fault was at their end?????
atleast amazon should keep some way of contacting their hubs and instructing their pickup boys !!!!!!
amazon should understand that any person running a business does not have time to fill out miship forms every other day , order by order and when they get cancelled you are supposed to fill cancellation forms for every single order separately and then your listings get blocked , so you have to relist them separately.
Dear Amazon , give sellers too the kind of treatment that you give to your customers :)

I'm glad you filled the needed forms cause with that you can avoid potential charges and also allow the teams to investigate the cases further.

It seems as sellers we are unimportant for amazon . similar case is with me where Pickup partner knowingly gave me Late dispatch .He came took OTP of return and went away without scanning and didnt came back .even after contacting seller support .No resolution provided .I have given many complains about Pickup partners but nothing happens.
We are really rethinking of continuing our association with amazon Since they dont have any escalation matrix for sellers. We complain and no one bothers to even answer or give proper resolution .Their audit team wont ever call you to en quire but will give final verdict and downgrade your account .It seems we are just crowd pullers ....
So i feel no use of contacting seller support .

Junk Easy Ship, Do Self Ship.
Easy Ship is a headache..we realised that just after 2 months and facing same issue with their pick up guys.
